Steps

For Process: Payment Reconciliation (AP - Accounts Payable)

  1. Navigate to the Reconciliation Tool.

  2. Link the remaining payment with the corresponding Purchase Invoice.

  3. Reconcile the payment with the invoice.

  4. Verify the amounts are correctly matched and ensure no discrepancies exist.

  5. Save and submit.

For Process: Cash & Bank - Bank Accounting

Steps:

  1. Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Executives will record incoming and outgoing payments in the Payment Entry module.

  2. The Finance Manager will reconcile the recorded payments (if missed in regular transaction) against bank statements.

  3. Any discrepancies will be investigated and resolved.

  4. Submit the reconciled payments.
