2. Select ""Interview"", ""Interviewer"", ""Interview Round""
3. Enter ""Rating"" as per the skill.
4. Enter ""Feedback"" for the Job Applicant.
5. Select "" Result"" for the Interview Feedback

6. Save & Submit
